Sweet and Sour Lamb


  • 150 g  lamb loin

  •  2 Samyang Sutah Ramen noodles

  • green peas

  • 3 Garlic cloves minced

  • 3 tbsp Soy

  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp White pepper

  • 1 Spring onions chopped

  • 2 tbs of sweet Thai chili sauce

  • 3tsp Sharwood’s Cantonese sweet and sour sauce


  1. Fry the sliced lamb, cook half way, and season with 1 tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Remove the lamb
  3. Same pan, fry the garlic and peas with some peanut oil. Once cooked add in the rice wine, white pepper, spring onions, rest of the soy sauce. Add in the noodles and toss.
  4. In another pot add all sauce ingredients. Get it to a nice thick consistency.
  5. Plate the noodle mix. Top with pork. Top with spring onions.
