INGREDIENTS:
- 1 bananas
- 1 frozen Sambazon UK Acai pouches
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 10g cashews soaked in 100ml almond/coconut milk
- Ice
METHOD:
- Soak cashews in milk overnight or for a few hours – optional but soaking makes them easier to digest
- Add nuts and milk to blender and blend until smooth
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend
