Even when it’s not National Sandwich Day

All things nice and spicy that’s what what girls are made of I think? 

Prep time: 10 mins | Cook time:  15 mins | Total time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Spicy butcher sausage
  • spinach
  • 1 tsp butter
  • tomatoes
  • home made garlic & chive hummus (see here for recipe)
  • black pepper

Method

  1. Slice sausage lengthwise into two thin piecces.
  2. Preheat a large oven on medium-high heat.
  3. Place sausges in foil wrap
  4. Place in oven tray layered with baking paper and grill
  5. cook spinach with butter in the microwave for 1 minute
  6. Place bread in toaster for your preffered time
  7. Then spread hummus on bread
  8. Sausages and spinach should be ready place sausage on one piece of bread
  9. Layer spinach and then sliced tomato
  10. Place other piece of bread on top – and Bite.
